Privacy Policy

VitaCheck is designed with a privacy-first approach. The app operates entirely offline and does not collect any personally identifiable information.

The only data the app processes are the values you enter to calculate your BMI:

• Body weight (in kilograms)
• Height (in feet and inches)

These values are used solely for the purpose of calculating your BMI in real time and are never stored, transmitted, or shared in any form.

Since no personal data is collected, there is nothing to use beyond the immediate in-session calculation. Specifically, VitaCheck does not:

• Create user profiles or accounts
• Track your usage history or behaviour
• Send notifications or marketing messages
• Share any information with advertisers
• Use data for analytics or profiling
• Require any account registration

All calculations performed by VitaCheck are processed locally on your device using in-memory computation. No data is written to persistent storage, uploaded to any server, or retained after you close the app.

The app does not request any sensitive device permissions such as location, camera, microphone, or contacts.

VitaCheck does not integrate any third-party SDKs for advertising, analytics, or tracking. The app does not contain:

• Advertising networks or ad SDKs
• Analytics platforms (e.g. Firebase Analytics, Mixpanel)
• Crash reporting services that transmit data externally
• Social media login or sharing integrations

The only third-party framework used is the Flutter SDK by Google, which is an open-source UI toolkit used purely for building the application interface.

VitaCheck is a general-purpose health utility suitable for all ages. Because we do not collect any personal information from any users, there are no special risks to children using the app.

We comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and equivalent regulations globally. No data collection means no data risk — for anyone.

Under GDPR, CCPA, and other applicable privacy laws, you have rights including access, correction, deletion, and portability of your personal data.

Since VitaCheck collects zero personal data, there is nothing to access, correct, export, or delete. You are in complete control at all times — simply close the app and any entered values are gone permanently.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected with an updated effective date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this page periodically.

Continued use of VitaCheck after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy. If we ever introduce data collection in future versions, we will request your explicit consent before doing so.
